A "Book Talks at the Archives" conversation with author Ann Bedsole, who will discuss her memoir about her life and career in politics.
Bedsole was the first Republican woman elected to the Alabama Republican woman elected to the Alabama House of Representatives, as well as the first woman elected to the Alabama State Senate. She will also discuss her role in the founding of the Alabama School of Mathematics and Science (ASMS) in Mobile County.
