Join us as we use history and literature to explore change in rural Alabama in the 19th and 20th centuries. Offered to complement the Smithsonian’s Museum on Main Street traveling exhibit
Crossroads: Change in Rural America during its 2023-2024 Alabama tour, the workshop will feature poetry and lectures by a trio of noted scholars and a tour of the exhibit at its debut location.
